Your first visit to Neighborly Wellness is designed to be calm, informative, and supportive.
We take time to listen, gather information, and help you better understand your body—without invasive procedures, pressure, or rushed decisions.
This visit is educational and supportive — not medical care, and not a replacement for your doctor.
There’s nothing special you need to do to prepare.
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Eat normally unless you’re told otherwise
- Bring a list of current medications and supplements
- Write down any questions or concerns
Most importantly, come as you are. This visit is a conversation, not a test.
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, supportive environment.
Your visit is unrushed and focused on listening. We begin by learning about:
- Your health history
- Current concerns
- Goals or questions you may have
You are always in control of the pace.
Depending on your needs, your visit may include:
- A guided discussion about your health
- An optional, non-invasive wellness scan using advanced technology to observe patterns and trends
- A plain-language explanation of any findings
- Time to ask questions and talk things through
Nothing is done without your understanding or consent.
If you choose to do a scan:
- It is non-invasive
- There are no needles or radiation
- It is painless and comfortable
- Most people find it easy and relaxing
If a scan is not appropriate, we will tell you.
Before you leave, you’ll have:
- A clearer understanding of what may be going on
- Education about possible next steps
- Time to reflect before making decisions
There is no pressure to purchase products or commit to care.
We believe in:
- Starting low and going slow
- Supporting the body, not forcing change
- Working alongside existing medical care
- Education before action
- Much of our education focuses on how the body regulates balance through nutrition and foundational support
Your comfort and safety come first.
Most first visits last 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs and questions.
We allow time for discussion so you never feel rushed.
Many people visit our Learning Center or speak with us first.
No pressure. Just clear information to help you decide.
Education only. Not intended to diagnose or treat disease.
