📅 Hosting Requirements

To ensure a successful event, we require a minimum number of confirmed and prepaid appointments:

📍 Local Clinics (Within 4 Hours Driving Distance)

✔ Minimum of 10 confirmed and prepaid appointments
✔ No additional travel costs unless overnight stay is required

​

🌍 Out-of-State Clinics (Beyond 4 Hours Driving Distance)

✔ Minimum of 20 confirmed and prepaid appointments
✔ Travel and lodging costs must be covered by the host OR factored into pricing

​

✈️ Extended Travel Clinics (8+ Hours Away or Flights Required)

✔ Minimum of 30 confirmed and prepaid appointments
✔ Full travel costs (lodging, flights, meals, and transportation) must be covered
✔ Multi-day clinic availability encouraged to maximize appointments
