Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions from seniors and caregivers.

Is this safe if I already take medications?

Safety always comes first. Many people we see are already taking medications. We do not advise stopping prescriptions and we move carefully, one step at a time. If something is not appropriate, we will say so.

Does this replace my doctor or medical care?

No. We do not replace medical providers or medical testing. Our role is education and supportive wellness, working alongside existing care when appropriate.

Do I have to do an AI body scan?

Yes. We require an initial AI body scan to establish a baseline.

The scan gives us a clearer picture of how your body is responding and allows us to research patterns and track changes over time. Without a baseline, we would be guessing — and that’s not how we practice.

The scan is non-invasive, painless, and used strictly as an educational wellness tool. It does not diagnose disease and does not replace medical care.

Do I have to buy supplements?

We do recommend essential nutrients for everyone.

Even people who eat healthy are commonly malnourished at the cellular level due to modern soil depletion, food processing, stress, medications, and reduced absorption as we age. The body cannot protect, repair, or regulate itself properly without these foundational nutrients.

Essential nutrients help support:

- Cellular protection and repair

- Nervous system balance

- Immune resilience

- Metabolic and digestive function

They are not used as quick fixes or replacements for medical care. Instead, they provide the basic building blocks your body needs to do what it was designed to do.

We focus first on foundational nutrition, then personalize additional support based on your scan and individual needs.

How long before I notice changes?

Everyone is different, but meaningful and lasting change takes time and consistency.

Most people need at least three scans over several months to properly track progress and understand how their body is responding. Because we are rebuilding foundational health — including correcting long-standing nutrient deficiencies — this process often takes up to six months to reach meaningful goals.

For that reason, we offer a 6-month foundational program, which allows time for:

- Establishing a reliable baseline

- Supporting the body with essential nutrients

- Monitoring progress with follow-up scans

- Making thoughtful adjustments as the body responds

Some people notice small improvements earlier, such as better energy, sleep, or digestion. Deeper, more stable changes typically occur over time, not overnight.

Once goals are reached, many people transition into a maintenance phase, focused on sustaining progress rather than making active corrections.

Our approach is not about quick fixes — it’s about steady, measurable progress that lasts.

Is this safe for seniors?

Yes, when done thoughtfully. We prioritize:

- Starting low and going slow

- Comfort and understanding

- Clear communication

- Respect for existing medical care

Safety is always more important than speed.

What if I don’t understand the results?

You won’t be left on your own with confusing information.

Chip spends time with you during the scan and reviews the results in real time, explaining what they mean in plain, easy-to-understand language. This allows you to ask questions as they come up and leave your visit with clarity, not confusion.

Our goal is for you to understand what your body is communicating and how that information guides next steps — without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Is there pressure to continue care or commit long term?

There is no pressure to continue care or commit beyond what feels right for you.

That said, based on experience, we often recommend exploring our 6-month foundational program. Most people need time, consistency, and multiple scans to correct long-standing imbalances and reach meaningful goals.

We’ll explain why the program may be appropriate for you, answer your questions, and then give you space to decide. The choice to continue is always yours.

Can caregivers attend visits?

Yes. Caregivers are welcome and often helpful. Shared understanding supports better outcomes.

What if this approach isn’t right for me?

That’s okay. Not every approach fits every person. Our role is to help you make an informed decision, even if that means choosing a different path.
